1 week to go......

It's hard to believe that it's only 1 week to go until we take off for America!!

To give everyone a rough idea of our itinerary:

  # Depart Brisbane Sunday 26 May at 11:15am

  # Arrive New York Sunday 26 May at 7:40pm (New York time)

      ~ 7 nights in New York

      ~ 2 nights in Washington D.C.

      ~ 4 nights in North Carolina

      ~ 13 nights in Orlando (of which 8 nights are spent at DisneyWorld)

  # Depart Orlando Saturday 22 June at 6:50pm

  # Arrive Brisbane Monday 24 June at 7:00am (Brisbane time)

We have started the arduous process of packing (which I swear is the worst part of going on holidays....) and now that things seem to be falling into line with our house, we can start getting a little bit excited!

We have decided to use this blog to provide regular updates on our travels and upload photos as we go rather than Facebook - which not everyone has access to. Whilst we won't be updating everyday, we will try to update at least twice per week. But forgive us if we're having too much fun and forget every now and again.
